In 1989, an innovative jam band ripped open a new brand of grass in Boulder County. Slamgrass, they called it.

Polyethnic Cajun slamgrass, to be precise.

Nearly 30 years later, Leftover Salmon is still headlining Red Rocks and selling out shows and festivals across the nation.

Join the band as they slam and jam at a co-headlining gig at Red Rocks Amphitheater at 6 p.m. Friday, July 14, alongside New Jersey newgrass jammers, Railroad Earth. Keller Williams will also perform with his bluegrass group Keller and the Keels (featuring husband-wife duo Larry and Jenny Keel).
